About
Background
I am a lawyer by training. I hold a Master's in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris, a Master's in Environmental Law from the Sorbonne, and a doctorate in law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and I completed the international nuclear law programme of the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency. For four years I was the regulatory and legal lead at Jimmy Energy, before specialising in the regulatory affairs of industrial projects with heavy normative complexity.
Since February 2026, I have worked four days a week at Jimmy Energy, and I dedicate the rest of my time to supporting nuclear and industrial players facing authorisation regimes under French and European law — nuclear, ICPE, IOTA.
Scope of practice
I do not practise as a lawyer (avocat). The services I offer fall under regulatory affairs consulting and interest representation. When my clients need a lawyer — for litigation, for drafting instruments reserved to the profession, or for formal legal advice — I work closely with their counsel, or refer them to peers whose quality I can vouch for.
I am registered in the directory of interest representatives held by the HATVP (France's High Authority for Transparency in Public Life). My lobbying activities are public and declared in accordance with applicable rules.
